How the 30-Day Fast Track works

1
Tell us who listed your default. We check it is a personal (consumer) default from a creditor on The Fast List.
2
We send you our client agreement. Your 30 days start that day, so sign it and send it back fast. Then our team goes to work.
3
Gone inside 30 days? Done. You paid less than our standard fee.
4
Still there after 30 days? You have 48 hours to decide. Upgrade to Full Service and we keep going until it is removed, or until every option is used up. What you already paid counts toward it. All up, you still pay less than our standard fee.

Why we can do this

Most of our work is fixed fee. We keep going until the job is done, however long it takes. That costs what it costs. But these 11 creditors usually move fast. So for them, we price for the speed. You pay a lower fee for 30 days of work. You only pay more if you need more.

Is this for you?

Yes, if

Your default is a personal default. It was listed by a creditor on The Fast List. You want it gone fast, without paying for months you may not need.

Not if

It is a business or commercial default, or your creditor is not on the list. For those, book a $139 Qualification Appointment instead: lph.la/139

The fine print, in plain English

  • Consumer (personal) defaults only.
  • Only for defaults listed by a creditor on The Fast List.
  • Your 30 days start the day we send you our client agreement, not the day you sign it.
  • At the end of Day 30 we close your file. After that we do no more work on it and send no updates, even if the default comes off later.
  • You can upgrade to Full Service within 48 hours after Day 30. After that, the upgrade offer ends.
  • You need at least one credit report (Equifax or Experian), as a PDF, less than 3 months old, before your appointment. Both is better.
  • The 30-Day Fast Track fee is not refunded if your default is not removed in the 30 days. That is the trade for the lower fee.
  • Our Money Back Guarantee does not apply to the 30-Day Fast Track.
  • Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
